Our licensed property managers are the main point of contact for the day-to-day operations of our clients' properties. They lend their years of experience and knowledge of condominium-specific legislation and general building systems to provide practical guidance and best-practice advice to the Board of Directors in order for a condominium to run smoothly. The condominium Board makes decisions and directives and it's the property managers who carry out the work.
Property service coordinators support the property managers in administrative functions, meeting preparation, maintenance and contractor / supplier relations among many other important functions. From answering the phone, directing the communication flow, to the final distribution of information, they are the engine of our team. They provide a crucial contribution to the expected high level of customer service - ensuring that the Corporation stays on track.
Our account managers prepare financial statements, oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and reporting, and provide multiple checks and balance to ensure that the Corporation’s assets are accurate, safe and secure. Their commitment and dedication to accuracy and transparency allows our clients to rest easy knowing their assets are in capable hands.
